I have practiced adoption law in Michigan for over 10 years after a long career in maternal child health nursing. During my law practice, I have done all types of adoptions allowed under Michigan law – direct placement adoptions, step-parent adoptions, guardianship adoptions, relative adoptions as well as adult adoptions.
My career as an adoption attorney — and my commitment to families and children — has always been informed by my work in mother-baby nursing.
